Chris and his Dad assisted me with selling My Dad's home when the market was almost dead and if that wasn't impressive enough He showed me multiple properties without delay and lended his expertise on property related matters. We knew that I was going to retire in May of 2015 so we started early with Chris. He was outstanding in all phases of the process. Early he showed us neighborhoods and areas around Lexington and Winston-Salem to get an idea of where and what type of house we were looking for. He provided new listings weekly as they came on the market and provided outstanding advice about various sections of the area. When we found the house for us, Chris did a complete market comparison and guided us through the offer process. The house was being sold by owner with the related difficulties. He managed all the inspections and local contractors since we lived 500 miles away and he insured a smooth purchase. He managed all the local financial issues, providing the required information for the mortgage company and handling all the permits. He set up the closing on the house which only took 30 minutes to complete. The mortgage company manager commented how complete, timely and courteous Chris was. This is the 10th house we have bought. By far, Chris is the best realtor we have ever had; extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and knows the ins & outs of buying a house. I would highly recommend Chris for any real estate transaction.

For a first time home buyer I've heard all the horror stories of buying a home from everyone. Chris made this experience very easy, if I had a question he had the answer or got it very shortly. Chris is a personable guy easy to get along with and when it comes to making this important of a decision that is what you need, I will recommend him over and over!

We first listed our house with Chris and he had it under contract in 6 days. We priced it where he recommended which was more than we thought it would sell for and he sold it for more than we expected. We then listed a parcel of land that was over 20 acres. It had already been on the market with another agent for 3 years. Chris had it under contract in about 6 months. Chris is a consummate professional and I can't imagine anyone providing better service than we received.

In today's world of poor service Chris is a refreshing throw back to a time when service was paramount. Chris keeps in contact, gives great council, and goes above and beyond to help with not only the sale but any issue related to any situation that may occur in relation to a sale. I chose Chris entirely based off Zillow reviews, and I did not regret it. nice aspect about Chris is that he used to build houses, so he is great at evaluating quality, what is right, wrong, what can be fixed easily or not. I learned a lot with him, and was able to find a great home (I was a buyer). Because he is a technical guy, one would think he is maybe not best at business, but he is the complete package, he was great at organizing everything, sorting things out, overcoming hurdles along the way, whether technical (house needed Gas) or business (weather forced to anticipate the closing). Also he blew me away with his negotiation skills. Chris was very patient, listened to my very specific needs. He is not a pushy person, which is nice, yet initially gave me a false impression that he was not proactive enough. My initial feeling there was proven wrong, he is super-proactive, so don't misinterpret his quietness. I will work with him again!!

We met Chris upon calling on a home he had listed. After meeting him we decided that he would be our realtor. Chris had a daily update of new homes in the area, which was great because they go under contract here quick. After finding our home Chris helped negotiate the price down considerably. Chris stayed on top of inspections, deadlines and never waited longer than thirty minutes to return any calls. Prior to move in he provided all numbers and names for utilities, water, garbage etc.... was with us every step of the way.
